Nicole

<Yoga>
Nicole grew up moving and dancing and has been interested in eastern arts and philosophy for much of her adult life. She has now been practicing yoga for over 6 years. Initially influenced by Iyengar yoga, coming from a dance background she has now moved towards a more fluid form of yoga inspired by the breath which seeks to connect the practitioner to their own innate knowledge of self and body. Blessed with deeply spiritual and compassionate teachers she hopes to share what she has learned, and continues to learn in an explorative, supportive, creative, nurturing and healing environment. She invites people of all ages and body types, from all walks of life and backgrounds, to come and join her in the practice of yoga on a journey of self-discovery towards true health and happiness. Nicole has completed her Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Donna Farhi and is currently completing her Yoga Therapy Certificate with Integrated Yoga Therapy. Her daily yoga practice is also complemented by her ongoing studies in Buddhist Philosophy and Meditation, Dance and Shiatsu.
